2 Dimensional Advection
 

Hii.
I have been trying to implement a 2D advection equation in MATLAB. The scheme is called " active flux schemes" by Timothy Eymann. I have done the 1D part.
But, I am not able to define how the update is happening for the nodal points.
Kindly take a look equation 7 on page 14 and how to get an update equation for time level n+1.

I had a fast look to the paper, it seems that exploits the exact solution from the characteristic line to compute the nodal update but I should read more carefully to be sure about the full procedure.
