enginpower is on a distinguished road
Hello,
I'd like to address the CFD problems of in-cylinder flow simulations with a bold mark on the comparison of high turbolent flows and low turbolent flows.

This is related to the question about understanding the difference between RANS and URANS models in simulating flows inside a control valve, and so for different LES models, considering that inside flow could be very turbulent at the outlet and less turbulent at the inlet, and so unsteady and steady.

So I'd like to be guided among papers, book chapters, presentations, etc... to understand clearly and quickly the problems involved in the setting the turbulent models to simulate correctly control valve. My goal is to clear the physical phenomenas and how CFD solvers approach the solutions in the different cases

My specific target is about in-cylinder, incompressible and isoenthalpic flows, if it cannot be general.

Thanks for any helps in advance
