I try to simulate o flow in porous mediam with CFD2000. Does anyone knows how I can evaluate the values for permeabilty and nonlinear loss coefficient?

Dear K.DIVAKAR, The paper "Dynamical processes in …" (Journal of Applied Mechanics and Technical Physics, Plenum Publishing Corporation, NY, No 6, 1990) consists of the experimental data and numerical model on the rarefaction propagation in the porous media as air-cement mixture or air-aluminum oxide particles with a high density of solid phase as possible. There are also experimental data about friction and permission parameters are given. If you like it, I can send to you copy of this paper in Russian. Best regards Prof. A P Trunev
