Dear friends:
I am working on the 2D FVM on adaption mesh systems. I need to find a data structure and algorithm for the mesh management and neighbors-finding.
Google search suggest to use tree data structure, could you please provide me some other suggestions which can be easily implemented..

I have a 3-D octree. You may change it to a 2-D.
