Flow time and temperature graph

hi.
i am working on jet impingement. i have a very simple question for you people.
how to find the time of a heated plate to reach at some lower temperature. lets suppose initially the plate is at 900K and after air strikes on plate temperature start dropping and reached to temperature of 500K how to find the time it takes to reach that temperature. please help me . thanks

dear i did as transient. how do i plot the graph between cooling time and surface temperature.
