patilsachin is on a distinguished road
I am trying to simulate Quenching of a ring in water quenchant in Star CCM+ software. The objective is to generate the cooling curve

I am unable to choose the physics models for the same.

Should I consider boiling or only CHT? If boiling, Should I go for VOF boiling or Wall Boiling?

Which boiling model should I go for? Rohsenow or Transition?

Are there any tutorials available?

Are there any other software modules other than Star CCM which could help me in the same?
