Dear Forum Users,
I have to solve a design exploration study which consists of a thermal and two mechanical systems. The two mechanical systems are identical, except that one doesn't use the temperature field from the thermal analysis (no thermal load), and that different output values will be monitored. My problem is that both mechanical systems has one input parameter which needs to be driven by the design explorer and have to be identical in every design point the design explorer generates (since the two mechanical systems are identical except for the temperature aspect). This input is a simple magnitude for a pressure load. I assume this could be solved by adding a command snippet for any of the two mechanical systems which sets the pressure magnitude to the parameter value representing the pressure magnitude from the other mechanical system (named as P53 in the parameter set tab). My problem is that I don't have any experience with command snippets and presumably I wouldn't be able to dig into the topic fast enough... I tried it for a couple of hours already and have to solve this asap... Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
