What must the K-omega first inflation layer (by Aspect Ratio) be?

I'm used to giving the first inflation layer by aspect ratio instead of the more tedious process of finding y+ for every wall surface. But for k-omega (standard), which requires a y+~1, what must the aspect ratio of the first layer be?

Thanks
