How to represent hot air blowing sprayers as source terms in conv.-diff. equation?

Hello, I have a 3D rectangular mesh for an unsteady convection-diffusion problem. At 3 points with cooordiantes (x1, y1, z1), (x2, y2, z2)
and (x3, y3, z3), there will be hot air blowing sprayers (assuming blowing is radial) with known mass flow rates and temperaturues: (m1,T1), (m2,T2), (m3,T3).
How can I represent these heaters as "source terms" in the energy equation?

I will be happy for help. Thanks in advance.
