Computational cost??

what is computational burden of a simulation and how do we calculate it??
I am a CFD professional and using FLUENT and STAR CCM.

Are you talking about computational cost? If so computational cost can mean anything...

It's also not an absolute quantity but always relative because cost is not a thermodynamic property! It can be measured in units of time, like real universe time, or core-time. It can also be measured in actual real-world money, like USD/EUR needed to perform the simulation.

Or do you mean computational burden as in how much memory is needed?

I meant computational burden.

No one can answer this.
