I'm trying to quantify the test results on the flow in the right rectangle rectangle in straight open channel. Besides the cleavage geometry and the bottom (depth, width, height of the crest), the only parameter I know is the Froude number and depth of flow at the head of the dam.

At the entrance, I tried the wind speed with depth and velocity upstream corresponding to Froude number, volume 1 (water alone). However, the depth of the flow decreases dramatically at the time of flow through the dam.

Please let me know what I am missing here. How to model Froude number and flow depth together?

I have used the Eulerian multiphase model, the VOF model, the epsilon k model, the gravity model.
