How to validate internal pressure pipe with Fluid-Structure Interaction?

I would like to validate an article with certain internal pressure in a pipe (no inlet & outlet) with FSI method so that instead of a certain internal pressure, liquid will cross over the pipe.
the problem is how to apply boundary condition such as velocity and pressure inlet and velocity and pressure outlet for this condition.

The structure is a corroded pipeline that a certain internal pressure cause to fail the pipe. there are no inlet and outlet.
I need to create FSI for this model. so that instead of a certain internal pressure, the liquid will cross over the pipe.
the problem is how to apply boundary condition such as velocity and pressure inlet and velocity and pressure outlet for this condition.
I would be grateful if someone can advise me on how to do that.
Thank you very much.
