Relation between shear stress and bed level

Hello all,
The photo below contains two photos of shearing stress and bed level from a bridge pier model in the ssiim.
Will you help me in the shear stress analysis of this photo?
Except where the maximum shear stress is maximum scour should happen?
Why does not this photo show this?
This is the case in all ssiim models and I'm sure the answer is correct.
Thankshttp://uupload.ir/files/fk8l_capture13.png

There are cases in which the shear stress pattern is not consistent with the scour geometry. In cases like these, the turbulent kinetic energy is sometimes useful. When modeling with SSIIM, the modeler should definitely take into consideration the height of the bed cell and roughness.
