CFD books/papers for experienced engineers

Dear all,

I am an engineer in CFD, and have some technical experiences.
As a basic knowledge, I read the below books and have acquired relating skills.

J.H. Ferziger, "Computational Methods for Fluid Dynamics"
H. Versteeg , "An Introduction to Computational Fluid Dynamics: The Finite Volume Method"

However, I am willing to enhance my skills in CFD more.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me the books or papers
you recommend for experience people such as the below fields.

(1) Computational techniques
(1-1) Convergence techniques (not only linear solvers, but global convergence)
(1-2) Details of boundary conditions
(1-3) High performance computing

(2) specific topics
(2-1) Multiphase flow
(2-2) Heat transfer (thermofluid)
(2-3) Combustible flow
(2-4) Porous flow
