Searching a Software which can model moving objects

Hi, there, I am planning to model the flow field inside a oven. Some boards is moving through the oven and I intend to model the temperature distribution on those board. CFD technology is still new for me and I will appreciate if you can tell me which software is suitable. Thanks a lot!
