Hello everyone,
I am an engineering student and I am approaching the fluid-dynamic computation systems of anatomical parts such as cerebral vasculature. I have several doubts that I can not solve and so I ask you for help. I have to simulate the blood flow (understood as velocity) inside the cerebral venous vessels. The 3D model of the vessels was obtained from CT / MRI images in stl format and, then, meshed with SimVascular open source software. I have 4D Flow (venc) sequences resulting from an MRI exam. I would like to use an opensource software (simvascular type) to compute the 4D flow and then visualize it in Paraview with streamlines visualization method like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMeaD3Jh64E. I have already tried with a "demo" case that already has already calculated flow values (ml / s). Now I would like to try with my specific clinical case but I'm in trouble. Can someone learn (step by step) to do and with which software do it? How can I get the data that help me starting from MRI 4D Flow sequences? Thank you |
