Default SimpleFoam lift and drag output

ufocfd is on a distinguished road
Has anyone found the lift and drag output of simplefoam to be reliable?

I'm trying to check the results in paraview by integrating pressure*Normals but getting very different results from the simpleFoam runtime output. Now I don't know which to believe.
