Calculating streamlines from pressure field
I have a closed form expression for the pressure field of an axi-symmetric potential flow. I am struggling with how to calculate the stream lines of this flow.
I know that along a stream line, p/rho + v*v/2 = constant, where v is the velocity magnitude and gravity is neglected. But that does not seem to help much. Is there a simple way to calculate the velocity field from the given pressure field ? Thanks Sam |
