Hey, I am doing my Bachelor Thesis regarding the aerodynamics of a glider, and I am finding some problems with the geometry provided. This geometry is formed by different shells and I cannot create a proper control volume neither in space claim or in design modeler due to this feature. Does anyone knows how to solve my problem or could provide some sort of a tutorial for solving my problem?
Thanks in advance |

It is a bit difficult to recommend an appropriate method without having a look at the file or at least some images..? What is the file format of your current geometry? Nevertheless, you may need to use applications such as Meshmixer or MeshLab as well as Salome or similar applications to generate the control volume (or interchangeable mesh file).
