convergence acceleration by preconditioning method

I am interesting in convergence acceleration of numerical algorithm for the Navier-Stokes equations in low speed regime with a preconditioning method. I read "A time-accurate algorithm for chemical non-equilibrium viscous flows at all speeds" of Shuen, J.S., Chen, C. H., and Choi, Y., which is the paper in AIAA/SAE/ASME/ASEE 28 th Joint Propusion Conference and Exhibit, July 6-8 1992 Nashville TN US. It is interested. However I don't understand some things in this paper. I try to find the e-mail address of the authors, but I couldn't find. Do any one have any suggestion or know one of the authors? Any suggestion about convergence acceleration by preconditioning method is very appreciate for me.

Thank you.

Some another articles of these authors on related topics can be found in the Journal of Computational Physics. You can find there much more preconditionig schemes for low-Mach or incompressible formulations. E-mail addresses are also shown.

With best regards

Dear Shigunov, Could you please give me more detail about this?

Thank you very much.

Dear colleague,

there is a small list of references on the preconditioning articles that I have at hand. You can find further references also therein.
