I want to create a 3D geometry of a network like this
for simulating flow.

Could someone suggest which CAD software has to be used to
create the above geometry? Can this be created in gmsh?

Any CAD software (such as SolidWorks) with a 'Sweep/Pipe' function should be ample to model this. You may want to have a look at some tutorial videos on YouTube.

If you don't already have a paid CAD tool this could be done in FreeCAD, as fresty said all you need to do is sweep a circle along a path. There might be a way to get it to work but I tested it quickly in SolidWorks and FreeCAD and neither liked having the split branches so you'll probably need to sweep out several paths and then boolean them together.
