How to account for infiltration and exfiltration in CFD for HVAC applications?

Hi everyone

The question is in the title

Does anyone has an idea of how to account for infiltration and exfiltration of air in CFD for HVAC applications, particularly for Heat Transfer in Automotive industry? All other suggestions from, for instance, Civil Engineering are welcomed.

Normally in CFD we work with watertight geometry, but in real life a lot of heat is lost through small holes and gaps (they they up to 50%)
