difference between wallshear and shear stress??

Hello
i have modeled a flow inside an artery. In cfd-post i can have two different results for shear stress. i have wallshear in fluid domain and also shear stress (x,y,z) in my solid domain. what is the difference between these two shear stresses?
i draw wallshear and shear stress distribution along a line on the interface thinking they must be similar, but they are nothing like each other!!
i'm attaching some picture for more information.

I think wall shear in fluid domain is due to viscous forces of fluid flowing past inside of wall, and the shear stress in the solid domain is due to the internal forces in the wall due to displacement of the wall due to fluid 'pushing' it.
