Can anyone give me any book or paper that describe SIMPLE algorithm in collocated non orthogonal body fitted grid in 3D?

SIMPLE is covered Patankar's book, Numerical Heat Transfer and Fluid Flow. Ferziger's book on computational methods. I believe one (or more) of Anderson's books covers it as well. Or is there a specific aspect of SIMPLE you are looking for not covered in this texts?

Thank you very much for your reply.I have gone thorough patankar's book but it explained SIMPLE in staggered grid.Actually I am looking for SIMPLE algorithm in collocated body fitted grid for three dimension.I already have the mathematics in 2D.

The mathematics in 2 or 3D colocated grid does not change. You can check the new edition of the textbook Ferziger, Peric and Street.
