Direction of rotation for a wind turbine blade -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

mazhar16823 Senior Member MA Join Date: Mar 2020 Posts: 163 Rep Power: 6	Hi, I am running a simulation for the wind turbine blade. The flow inlet is along Z-axis however in the reference coordinate system Z-axis points opposite to it. The blade rotates in X-Y plane. In this case, how should I specify the direction of rotation. Is mentioning [0,0,-1] and rotational velocity ''+x m/s'' correct?
