gerogero7 is on a distinguished road
Hello everyone,

I have a problem meshing this part. I made a square core to use the multizone.
The part is divided in three pieces: the head of the chamber (in which multizone works well), the injection zone (with an unstructured mesh as i wanted) and the nozzle. In this last zone i have the problems. Without multizone ansys understands that two of four zones must be radially meshed, if I set multizone on all the 4 slices i set up it gives me "MultiZone could not match input face mesh.".
In the geometry I used merge faces because I had an unwanted edge that stopped completely multizone from working. I read that merge may cause problems.

What do you think?
Thank you in advance,
L.G.
