Non-converging continuity residual and high mass imbalance contour

My continuity residual oscillates above 1e-02 and my mass imbalance contour is at the order of e-01. My mass flow at inlet and outlet are balanced though with an error below 0.01%. How can I make my solution converges given that the continuity residual oscillates?
