Mass Flow Inlet vs Velocity Inlet

Why does a simulation work with velocity inlet as air but then it goes crazy when applying a mass flow inlet ?

I am using a VOF model and when I apply Mass flow inlet the simulation goes from a drag of 4 n to 5000+ n

Hello Andrew,

How did you calculate the mass flow rate to use, did you use $\dot{m}={\rho}{A}{V}$ ?
