CFD Software Ansys Polyflow

Hello everyone!
I would know if there is the possibility in Ansys POLYFLOW to simulate melting process; in particular I though to assign a very high value of viscosity in order to model solid phase, which melts because of temperature imposed on the boudaries. The costitutive relation is really complex, so before implementing this kind of solution I would firstly know if the melting process simulation through this approach is possible in POLYFOW.
In Fluent this is possible (I verified this), but I no longer know how to set A_mush parameter (if it's 1e3 or 1e5 results are really different!), so I'm thinking to model the problem through POLYFLOW, also because of material library inside the software, which is specific for polymers.
I would thanks in advance everyone who will give me an advice on POLYFLOW for modelling phase change of polimeric materials.
Hope to hear you soon,
Kerouac
