WMLES for realistic aerodynamic simulations

Hello!

I have been reviewing the literature available about WMLES approaches that work well at near-stall conditions for realistic aerodynamic simulations (airfoils, wings, airplanes, etc).

My ultimate goal is to find a robust, easy-to-program model and implement it in OpenFoam.

So far I have found the following paper in which a WMLES is tested for the 30P30N airfoil in high-lift configuration:

Bodart, J., Larsson, J., and Moin, P., “Large Eddy Simulation of High Lift Devices,” 21st AIAA Computational Fluid Dynamics Conference, AIAA Paper 2013-2724, 2013

Does anyone know any other more recent, similar work?

Thank you!

Edit: Summary of resources found

In my search I have found out that the 30P30N airfoil in high-lift configuration is a relatively common setup to benchmark WMLES models, I guess for the experimental information available:

Chin, V., Peters, D., Spaid, F., and McGhee, R. “Flowfield Measurements About a Multi-Element Airfoil at High Reynolds Numbers,” 23rd Fluid Dynamics, Plasmadynamics, and Lasers Conference, AIAA Paper 1993-3137, 1993. https://doi.org/10.2514/6.1993-3137

I have found the following:

-A workshop comparing lots of models:

Choudhari, M. M., and Lockard, D. P., “Assessment of Slat Noise Predictions for 30P30N High-Lift Configuration from BANC-III Workshop,” 21st AIAA/CEAS Aeroacoustics Conference, AIAA AVIATION Forum, AIAA Paper 2015-2844, 2015. https://doi.org/10.2514/6.2015-2844

-A paper that cited Larsson et al. with a simpler WMLES model that seems to work better predicting lift throughout all AoA tested, specially for c_l,max and separation:

M. Angelino, P. Fernández-Yáńez, H. Xia, and G. J. Page. Large-Eddy Simulation with Modeled Wall Stress for Complex Aerodynamics and Stall Prediction. AIAA Journal 2021 59:4, 1225-1237 https://doi.org/10.2514/1.J059481

- CTR Annual Briefs and Summer program papers (provided by user FMDenaro)

-Other paper, more focused on aeroacoustics, no lift plots (which I am interested in) but cp plots.

Yao Jin, Fei Liao and Jinsheng Cai. "Numerical Simulation of 30P30N Multi-Element Airfoil Using Delayed Detached-Eddy Simulation," AIAA 2020-2556. AIAA AVIATION 2020 FORUM. June 2020.
