Help! Incompressible flow simulation source code.

Hi, Anyone knows of a place that I can get a free 2D or 3d source code of incompressible flow simulation(FDM and FVM will be fine). Thanks for your help. Sinerely

Hi,

please see Ferziger and Peric's text "Computational Methods for fluid Dynamics". Included is a download from the Springer web pages for a number of incompressible FV codes including a 2D nonorthogonal boundary fitted colocated code for both laminar and turbulent flow (with k-eps and k-omega models). The combination of the code documentation and the book will allow most people to understand what they are doing and run some simple simulations.

Best of luck......Duane

contact Bijan Mohammadi at INRIA in France his email is bijan.mohammadi@inria.fr and ask him about NSIKE it is a 2d steady state incompressible NS code. i'm not sure if it is available. preprocessors are available at http://www-rocq.inria.fr/m3n/

You could try Featflow at this address http://www.featflow.de.

I use it to validate my own code and it is fast.
