Vortex shedding of a bluff body
 

Hello,
I am looking for an open source and easy to use software for determining the Strouhal number and the drag coefficient of a 2D bluff body in water
I just need a rough exstimation for comparing different hydrofoils.
Is there any software available? Something like xfoil would be great
