Ansys is an entire company. Which part of Ansys are you referring to? Mechanical? Fluent? CFX?

If Fluent/CFX, you can import the volume meshes and otherwise the geometry directly into Starccm using File=>Import=>Import Volume Mesh. You cannot easily import the results. The better way to import results is to export them in the other software and transfer them over through a container like a .csv

Export the solution data as a csv in Fluent. Import the csv table into Star in tools=> tables.

Watch a youtube video if you're a visual learner and you don't understand what any of that means.

Afterwards, depending on what you plan on doing with the data, you might want to create a data mapper. Seeing as how you are already lost, I do not recommend even pondering what this means until after you've loaded the table into Star but I wrote it anyway to save you time later.
