Hi there,
I want to simulate a Continuous Wire Galvanizing process. As you can see in the figure, the wire with a diameter of "d" enters the molten "zinc" bath with a constant speed of "U". After leaving the zinc bath, the coating is applied. Please note that there is no air-jet wiping.

In the first step, I want to find the thickness of the liquid coating at any desired height after leaving the bath, and then, if possible, I wanna find the height at which the coating solidifies (according to the convection coefficient, the ambient temperature, and gravity).

Which software (for example Fluent, Flow-3D, COMSOL,...) and physics do you suggest for this simulation?
