weird cells in mesh

hi, I was trying to do meshing of a nozzle + test section with protuberance at the bottom , when I checked quality of it in ICEM CFD it was fine but it is showing some weird cells at some locations which are not very near to the protuberance, I am attaching the pictures for reference.
