Hi everyone
I am looking for a package that can convert my calculated thermodynamic data into NASA7 and NASA9 polynomial format. I heard that the latest version(2021) of chemkin can do that but I am looking for a code for my ease of use. Is anyone aware of a program in Python or C++? thanks

All you do is fit a (actually two piece-wise) fourth order polynomial(s) to the data which you can do even in excel. At one point I wrote my own matlab script to do this but it was written for my ease of use which I'm sure is user hostile to everyone else. But there was nothing complicated in it, you just curve fit data.

There are some resources from a Cal Tech website that might be of interest to you.

Could you please tell how you calculated the data? If it's difficult to explain, could you recommend any book?
Thanks
