toposetDict in OpenFoam

i am trying to model combustion in a wood stove

I have 2 volumes
Volume1: Stove
volume2: Wood

i have .stl files for both the volumes and theirs faces, i am confused about using toposetDict for this, I am not able to quite understand how to use toposetDict for existing .stl volume and surfaces rather than creating a new box

I have attached my stl files and image of my domain

Kindly advice.
