Hi CFD-Online Community,
Nowadays I am trying to learn the thermal management of electrical components and PCBs on my own. Until now I have done some university projects with Fluent, CFX, and Solidworks. But I haven't had any experience with thermal management yet. Which simulation tool would be proper for a beginner? or could you make a brief comparison between softwares based on your experience? Thank you in advance... |
