How do i fix my file so it stops Crashing Xfoil?

I'm trying to add my own airfoil to Xfoil but every time I go to load it, it crashes. my coordinates start and end at the trailing edge, it's normalized, is there anything I'm missing?foil.txt

my file had tabs instead of spaces so I removed those, also make sure there are no comma's
