What happened to Aerion Technologies?

As per the title, does anyone know what happened to the commercial software division of Aerion Corporation, formerly known as Desktop Aeronautics?

Aerion shutted down all the operations in 2021 and, I think, there has been a sale of the assets in late 2022, but I can't find any additional information on that. Say, if someone wants to buy a VSAERO licence today, who should be inquired?
