Difference in reactions in ANSYS Fluent
 

Pretty much the title. What is the difference and when should I use them? Also which of them would be most suited for adsorption?

Adsorption is a surface process that causes a molecule to move from a fluid bulk to a solid surface. This might happen due to physical forces or chemical connections. When it is reversible (the opposite process is called desorption), it is responsible not just for substance the backrooms subtraction but also for substance release. In most circumstances, at equilibrium, this process is characterized by certain equations that quantify the amount of substance attached to the surface given the concentration in the fluid.

Polyelectrolyte adsorption on pure crystals differs from that on most other surfaces, especially at high pH, where considerable amounts of polymer can be adsorbed. This is most likely due to two considerations. The first is that, while crystals may have an overall negative charge, the surface will have both positive and negative adsorption sites.
