Is it possible to simulate meltpool dynamics to optimise process parameter for Wire Laser Additive Manufacturing process with Ansys additive?

According to my knowledge Ansys additive is capable of simulating thermo-mechanical aspects of and for process parameter optimization you need a software that is capable of simulating melt-pool dynamics of the DED process. so i think it's a NO!

Thank you for sharing your insight! It’s helpful to know that Ansys Additive focuses primarily on thermo-mechanical simulations. Could you recommend any software or tools that are well-suited for simulating melt pool dynamics specifically for the Wire Laser Additive Manufacturing process?

Additionally, if you have any suggestions on alternative approaches or strategies for optimizing process parameters, I’d appreciate your thoughts.

Newton's approach is being slowed down by problems with stability, convergence speed, and other related aspects. I wish to increase the solution method's stability.
