Hi everyone,
In the context of combustion, I draw paraview streamlines to highlight a particular behaviour of my flame. I'd like to translate this mathematically, and then implement a numerical procedure to capture the areas highlighted by these streamlines. But to do that I'd need to understand exactly how paraview manages to draw its streamlines and therefore understand the precise algorithm it has. If anyone knows the algorithm in question, or has access to the documentation, that would be very useful, Many thanks in advance. |

Paraview is completely opensource, you can just look at the code. The documentation is also freely available. It's not a question of who might know or who has access, everybody has access.
