Hi CFD experts

Recently, I find LAVA code, flow and heat transfer analysis for thermal plasmas. I find it had been developed at INEEL(Idaho National Engineering and Environmetal Lab.) early in 1990's. but I can not get further information. I appreciate if anyone tell me how can I get in rouch with related person or organizaton.
