cad/surface data or meshes
Does anyone know of any sites on the web that have either CAD data of geometries, or actual computational meshes that are available to the public? I am interested in evaluating a few CFD codes and don't want to build a mesh. Ideally I would just download a computational mesh or CAD data - a Pro-E model, Unigraphics, Solid Works, etc. I am particularly interested in geometry/meshes of buildings (external or internal), automobiles, air planes, manufacturing plants - i.e. wherever air quality may be an issue. I don't particularly care about the type of cells (hex, prism, hybrid) in the mesh at this point.

Thanks Andrew

Re: cad/surface data or meshes

You will find some information at NAS Homepage, under the Sample datasets link. There you will find some test cases from flat plates to complete aircraft Configurations. In some cases, the computational meshes are given.
