whistling problem from radiator

Default whistling problem from radiator

I encouter a whistling problem from the radiator (with straight fin) in a compacotr machine after the fan reach a certain speed. Can anyone provide some insight of the problem to me. I will appreciate the help. Thanks!

(1). You need to identify the source of this whistling if you are trying to avoid it. (2). Was it from the fan itself? or from the radiator fin? or from the inside of the radiator? or from the casing? (3). Do you think that it is related to CFD ?
