Is there any online information, article or book about "moving boundaries" of unstructured 2D and 3D mesh for fluid-dynamic software? It's for my thesis in Mechanical Engineering. IVANO

Unfortunately not an online document, but see chapter 12 of JH Ferzifer & M Peric "Computational Methods for Fluid Dynamics" Springer, 1997.

There are many articles and some books.

For finite element methods, search for works by Cuvelier and Driessen (books, too!), by R A Brown et al, L E Scriven et al, J J Derby et al, various works by Tezduyar, and my favorite J Comp Phys 125, 83-103, 1996, as well as many other worthy works that I am most certainly missing.

Morgan, et al (again, see J Comp Phys) have employed deformable unstructured grids for aeronautic flows, too.

Good luck.
