How to visualise cell centered FVM mesh?

I have programmed some cell-centered FVM code. But I cannot see the result, ie., the depth and velocity of water on xy plane, properly. Using Tecplot, I need to transform data from cell-centerd to vertex-centerd by averaging. Using vertex centered data is possible, but if the water surface is discontinuous it is a little smeared. So I cannot see the right result. Which package or program should I use to see the right result? (I'm using Windows98). Please help me.

If you install Linux, you will be able to use GMV. This software is available at: http://www-xdiv.lanl.gov/XCM/gmv/GMVHome.html

With this software, you can visualize solutions that are located on the elements.
