the turbulent problem

I am studying Mechanical engineering at the course of the graduate in Chonbuk Uni., Korea My name is Daejin, Kang. I have some questions in the experiments which I have difficult in understanding. I really hope that you will help us to do the experiments. Could you answer these questions?

When using 'the k-¥å model', I think, I had to set the quantity of the turbulent kinetic energy, turbulent kinetic dissipation rate. We use the code of "CFD-ACE" , shall we put the quantity of the k,¥å,l(length scale) into the data. So We want to know the quantity of the turbulent kinetic energy, turbulent kinetic dissipation rate and the quantity of the experiments is OK, also.
