visualisation of oscillating aerofoil
 

hi guys, i'm running a simulation for a NACA0012 aerofoil oscilating about 1/4 chord at high Re no5. its basically a periodic motion from 5 degrees to 25 degrees AOA, to observe the behaviour of dynamic stall.

cuurrently, at about 6 deg AOA, i'm observing my simulation to show a growing vortex at the upper side of the leading edge and also a growing vortex at the underside of the trailing edge. the vortex at the underside trailing edge seems disturbing. i'm just wondering if this behaviour is expected??

secondly, if anyone got info/simulation data on such a problem, please keep me updated
